How does our loyalty program work?
Every account earns credits on purchases and a few other actions, and your tier sets your earn rate and unlocks perks like discounts, free shipping, and early access. Credits can be redeemed for discounts and, occasionally, exclusive product.
Who can join?
Anyone with a Haki Studios customer account. Creating one is free and earns you credits immediately.
How do I earn credits?
Create an account, make purchases, sign up for our mailing list, and follow us on Instagram or Facebook — see the earn list above for exact amounts.
How do I redeem my credits?
Once you have enough credits for a reward, use the Redeem button on that reward above while logged in. You’ll get a discount code to use at checkout.
What do different credit statuses mean?
Credits post as soon as the action that earned them is confirmed. Redeemed credits are spent immediately and can’t be reversed once a code is issued.
