The Ope Ope no Hoodie is not only the inaugural product to be released under the HakiStop label, but it also marks the first of many One Piece-inspired projects by the Studio.
With the goal of designing a streetwear-ready product in homage to "The Surgeon of Death" Trafalgar Law, we immediately knew that we wanted to incorporate Law's famous Ope Ope no Mi ability that has been long acclaimed as the "Ultimate Devil Fruit Power."
The result is the Ope Ope no Hoodie, seamlessly blending screenprint with embroidery to creatively display Law's "Room" ability of freely restructuring anything within his domain.
Initially, a small batch of handmade hoodies was distributed amongst friends and family in late 2023. Following a surge in social media interest, a limited release of 250 ready-to-wear hoodies is scheduled to launch Tuesday, January 16 at 9 PM EST on hakistop.com.
