How pre-orders work
Most items we sell are kept stocked and ship out within a few days, but sometimes we run pre-orders for specialty items.
Most pre-orders arrive about 8 to 12 weeks after the pre-order closes. Your product page shows the date for your item.
What to expect:
Check your order's status and date anytime on our tracking page.

Window opened
We open a limited purchasing window for you to shop (generally ~2 weeks).

Window closed
We begin production on the items purchased in the window.

Production
Your items are made. How long depends on the item.
Made to order -
Bulk shipping
Finished items are shipped to us.
To our warehouse -
Fulfillment
Items are inspected by our team and your order is shipped to you.

Delivery
Your item(s) arrive.
