Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic (U.S.) orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–21 business days.

Final sale: no returns or exchanges. Arrived damaged, faulty or wrong? Tell us within 7 days of delivery from our tracking page, with photos.

Machine wash inside-out on the lowest heat setting. Air dry when possible; tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Lifetime Warranty: if a print peels or cracks or a seam fails with normal use, we'll replace it. Email support@haki-studios.com with your order number and a photo. Not covered: accidents, misuse, washing against the care label, and everyday wear like fading.
